Everything You Need to Know Before Your CoolSculpting Appointment
Ready to put those pesky fat cells on ice? So are we. But before your appointment, you’ll need to make sure you’ve read and understand everything on this list. Otherwise, there’s a chance we won’t be able to treat you, and no one wants that.
You can improve your Coolsculpting results by eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly leading up to and following your treatment.
Keep Up A Healthy Lifestyle
A few weeks leading up to your treatment…
Eat a full, nutritious meal—and avoid caffeine—before your appointment. Unless we’re treating your chin, you can also eat and drink during your appointment, so feel free to bring some snacks!
Prepare With Something Healthy
THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothing and slip-on shoes.
DRESS TO CHILL
We have wifi and TV’s in every treatment room but feel free to bring your own form of entertainment, whether it’s your phone, tablet, laptop or a book.
BRING SOME ENTERTAINMENT
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. If you’re more than 5 minutes late, we may have to reschedule or not be able to treat all the areas planned.
EARLY IS THE NEW ON-TIME

New diagnosis? New pregnancy? New medications? Please let us know, as some medical conditions and medications are not compatible with cryolipolysis (fat freezing). It may be necessary to reschedule your appointment, as your health and safety are always our top priority!
